Hiking Dos and Don'ts can often be very subtle and little nudge in the right direction never hurt anyone. Are you a responsible hiker? As it turns out, even the best of us might be missing out on some things.
Judy Smith who's had years of hiking experience around Asia tells us some of her must dos and don'ts whilst hiking. In her own words "Every day on the trail you will encounter people going up and down, trekkers, mountaineers, guides, porters, locals going about their business, kids, aunties, and animals – dogs, sheep, goats and yaks. Safety, environmental etiquette and good manners should always apply in these meetings so it pays to know what to do.".
Read on below to familiarize yourself with some hiking etiquette. Hey, even if you're the most well mannered hiker out there it doesn't hurt to cross check if you're getting it all right ;)
